OTTER™ will automatically call any device, on any network,
as soon as a violation occurs, or emergency button is pushed.

    • You can specify which violations trigger phone notification and which devices will be called
    • The system will call any device cell, office and home phone, pager, all simultaneously and instantaneously
    • It can notify an unlimited number of personnel
    • The system works without human intervention and
    does not rely on a person in a call center

The system is completely customizable:

    • Will call a specified number for a specified number of
    times, and will leave a voice message
    • Relentlessly keeps calling until the user
    acknowledges receipt
    • Prompt the user for a code in order to hear
    the message

Configured with device fail-over:

    • If the first device called doesn’t answer, the
    system will call an alternate number until someone
    answers, as many times as necessary
    • Acknowledge a call for help, then automatically
    calls an alternate device
    • All data is securely encrypted and stored and can
    be used in investigations
